Junior forward Michaela Stanfield had a huge week on the court for The Winsor School helping her team to two wins and one loss. In the team's 65-52 win over Lexington Christian Academy, Stanfield neared a double-double with 28 points and 8 rebounds. In the middle of the week, The Winsor School lost to Dexter Southfield 51-40, with Stanfield tallying 20 points and 5 rebounds. Following that performance, the team bounced back with a 40-37 win over BB&N in which Stanfield had a strong all-around game with 22 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 steals.
Stanfield's strong overall week on the court earned her the NEPSAC Player of the Week. The Winsor School returns to the court on Wednesday, January 23rd vs. Pingree.
